I'm Sarah an experienced Counsellor, Relationship & Sex Therapist and Accredited Supervisor, I am a Registered Member of the BACP, and an Accredited Registrant Member of the National Counselling Society.

I have a passion for working with clients who are committed to change, and who are motivated for growth, in order to reach their full potential and be who they want to be.

I am a warm, accepting and challenging Therapist with a sense of humour. Like many of us I have faced many challenges and difficulties throughout life which enables me to be accepting, empathic and sensitive with those I work with.

Sarah Pregon

I have lived in South East Asia and The Netherlands, which has aided my personal growth and widened my life experiences, enabling me to be the person and Therapist I am today.

“The therapy sessions with Sarah have helped us, as a married couple significantly. We have both learnt ways to improve our communication and resolve issues within an intimate relationship. It has also benefited us individually to understand one another. We both 'highly' recommend this wonderful Counsellor, if you feel you need to re kindle your relationship."
